Herbalist formulated with organic or wild-crafted herbs. 8 oz. glass jars. Directions and ingredients on side label.

A delicious and effective blend of skullcap, lemon balm, catnip (calming for humans) peppermint, spearmint, passionflower, chamomile and hops flower.

Catnip - Often heralded for its nervine and sedative actions, catnip doesn’t stimulate humans the same way it does felines. In fact, the nepetalactone isomers known to drive cats crazy are similar to the natural sedatives found in valerian root, thus supporting catnip’s traditional use as a mild tranquilizer

Chamomile - Chamomile may appear wispy and gentle, but it is a powerful nervine and potent anti-inflammatory and one of the most versatile plants in the herbal apothecary, whether in clinical practice or in the home (Hoffmann, 2003)

Hops - In modern tradition, hops are most commonly used for insomnia, hypertension, and as a digestive bitter.

Skullcap - Soothes nervous tension while renewing and revivifying the central nervous system.

Lemon Balm - As a sedative and anxiolytic herb, lemon balm is used to calm restlessness and nightmares, especially in children (Gladstar, 2012).

Passion Flower - Slow-acting influence as a nerve calmative whereby rest results from a quieting influence and this restful state consequently allows for sleep.
